This machine is specifically designed for grinding welded edges and corners of large sheet metal enclosures. Featuring PLC control and servo motor drive systems, it offers fully adjustable lifting stroke and grinding speed settings.
The grinding process requires only a single operator to position the workpiece at the fixed grinding location, enabling simple and efficient operation.
The machine effectively replaces manual grinding of workpiece edges, R-angles and small flat surfaces, essentially achieving fully automated grinding operations. It significantly improves upon traditional manual grinding efficiency while delivering superior and highly consistent grinding quality.
An optional external dust extraction system, when connected to the grinding machine's sheet metal guard exhaust port, effectively evacuates and collects grinding dust, substantially reducing harmful dust exposure to operators and minimizing environmental pollution.
